Impatient scary people should put their money in C D's and enjoy their 2% returns and just get on with life. After all this time did you really think the announcment would come as conviently as some have speculated recently. If it is going to happen it will happen on their terms and time. If you can't continue to wait a little longer the banks are open now and will welcome your money.
