Let's take a look at the timeline of the Dazer Laser and what Battis has told investors. I agree to a certain extent that it takes time, but where I differ is the language Battis has used in the PR's.

2009 is nearly over and no sales. The VP of sales and 30 manufactuing reps are doing a great job.


January 4th, 2009
There will be multiple models of this technology for a myriad of Dazer Laser applications. We will be finished with our first fully engineered product by the end of January with first units available by the end of the first quarter 2009. There will be several press releases coming shortly on this technology and our business model for this product.

March 12th, 2009
With recent developments we are going to have the first units available for demonstration before the end of May 2009, and we already have several potential clients for possible orders well before then. We are confident we will have sales in the near term. There are several organizations that are discussing the use of Dazer Lasers™ in TV shows and in motion pictures.
