gappa2-- you are absolutely, utterly, beyond a shadow of a doubt wrong. the SEC never temporarily halts a stock on the PINKS unless they want to send them to the grey sheets... and i think you know this.

in other words, in the scenario you've depicted, the SEC would "protect" investors by sending quasar to the grey sheets after they announce receipt of $350M.......... seriously? LOL
