outstanding, the following things would happen:
1. Provide the company savings and a means of future financing
2. Remove excess out-standing shares from the hands of flippers and day traders
3. Increase shares price
4. Decrease pps volatility as a consequence of 2 and 3.
I don't believe this would be considered a reverse split. I do believe, however, that having 1 billion
authorized shares and being fully diluted is excessive and unnecessary given our evolving financial situation.
