Answer: So when they went BK or out of business no one would have a claim against the company or any of the assets.

I can not stress enough that all need to start a class action. Many more things that no one knows about with all of this.like Mrowl said the PP are the ones whould need to start this, anyone else who invested before xx date would also be able to join. No you will probably never get your money back but Dillon and all would be disgorged, fined and jail time.
