However you are mostly correct. The benefits of the NOL's have reduced as they are severely restricted.

With a Change of control..... the NOL's are now a percentage of the value of the shell. Which was sold for $8000.....Otherwise useless.

Interesting what Acorda may be up to though, lots happening....Rochlin is just a puppet......
