Lets look. The minerals in the ground not mined yet is only worth what it is in the ground. The facilities are only worth what a buyer is willing to pay. So far as everything's actual worth on a balance sheet is not as heavy dollar wise as we might think. Even though the company says that they spent X amount on building facilities, and debt. Well that is disingenuous at best.
So then I believe that there really isn't a true value that can be put on the company now. And possible future assets don't count.
I truly believe that a business plan needs to be put in place.
But as soon as you put that plan together, so much as you try to stick with it. I believe that this is a company and a industry that would be difficult to adhere to. Now once production is running close or at full production. Then you could set down a solid business plan.
But as of today and the near future I don't want to see the financials published.
