as for the ones Megas took responsibiltiy for? they were paid for in a court settlement which is legal. read the settelemnt and th efiling that were filed.
the SEC/DTC gave no explanation to the SFC as you falsely claim. they simply stated Megas was delinquent in filings`. the issues you claim Megas does not wish to explain are all fully explained, you just cannot understand the explanation. It's all in the filings, which were up t odate and certified by the SEC several years ago, still no trading due to eh DTC global lock (not the SEC) and it's all been explained to you in great detail over and over again. The SEC calimed, when confronted, that they cannot tell the DTC what to do, which is also not completely true and needs to be addressed with legislation.
