I think this stocks float is so low that the MMs are filling bid orders rather than the ask. I had to go 3 cents above the ask to get my order to fill. A high volume day will do wonders for this stock. Keep an eye on it, I think OTC bulls are pumping it monday. I generally don't like pump n dump schemes, but I wouldn't mind this one, as I already have a large position.
