I agree. The way I read the PR's is that they were updating us on the status of the acquisitions. They then updated us on the details of the $350 million in funding. I didn't see anything that said there will be a PR on or around Dec. 15th. It would be nice for them to update us on the status of the funding but I don't see where they are required to. IMO we won't get a PR until the first closings of the initial 4 acquisitions take place.
