I emailed SDVI IR and they said:

How come your not getting the publisher and developer corrected on www.gamestop.com for your products? Others are claiming they called up and had it fixed for you.

Actually, Gamestop responded to the CEO's repeated requests to
have the publisher and developer corrected over the last few weeks. GameStop won't correct information from just anybody as they need to verify with the publisher who the developer is, as the publisher is the only one who has reliable information. The company has made the correction with respect to all their games. It hasn't been anybody else that may "think" they had it changed, as the company was requesting the changes at the same time.

He sent them this email the 2nd time, because they didn't fix it correctly the 1st time as they only changed the developer and had it wrong and it was corrected.

This was his email dated 12/07/2009, which corrected the issues:
