It traded like this back in spring of 2009. .004 difference for almost three months and then it popped to 25cents over rumor. this is factual mile stone about to be achieved. Lets hope for a rise to 30 cents and 5-1 R/s and get the heck out of the otc-bb FOREVER and onto REAL trading exchange like ARCA next.[/i]
