Dude, it means the MM's have to buyback shares until they get the float down to 100 million. I've said this before, when they start buying back, it'll take a several weeks. To date they have been just covering, or buying in limited fashion. But I don't think the market (us) are going to give the MMs a chance to buy back their shorted shares at 5 4 3 or 2 (which are the billions extra left on the market at this point)

And trust me, you, me, and everyone else will be selling at least some of their shares back if the PPS goes to .10 or .20.

The MM's will get back what they have to in time...could take a while
