Gosh, Moby, we’re getting somewhere. At least it has apparently hit you a next set of Bavi Cancer Trials is indeed what Dr. Garnick has in mind. Must have been a real shocker for you…

That blew up in your face on Thursday when Dr. Robert Garnick said this in the CC:

Dr. GARNICK 12-10-09: “I’m extremely optimistic that bavituximab may represent a unique invaluable new approach to the treatment of advanced refractory cancer in combination with chemotherapy or radiation and based on its mechanism of action they potentially be useful in anti-viral and other indications as well. . . This sets the stage for planning our next set of bavituximab cancer trials and we are actively embarking on that progress. Our goal is to implement a clinical & regulatory strategy, that will maximize our chances of getting bavituximab approved and to do so in the shortest feasible timeframe.”
