I attended Ligatt's shares holders meeting and will give a quick recap of the meeting.

Please note that I have type this on my cell phone and may have made a few gammer and spelling errors below.

I Introduction: Greg introduced the employee's in attendance along with himself a total of 9-10 in attendance. Total for the company 35

II. 2009 Overview
a. Accomplishments: Greg broke down the accomplishments of the company from the beginning of the year to current date which everyone here should already know.

b. Products: All the products and services created this year were discussed I.e Port snitch, hacker for hire and so on.

c. Shareholders Increased: 66 to 2200

III Finances: Greg informed us that financials will be out before the end of the year.

IV. Rollback (Reverse Split) Now this is what most of you have been waiting on and most of you will not like what I have to say. I went into this meeting 100% against the reverse split but after looking Greg in the eyes and hearing the reasoning behind the possible reverse split I am more willing to support this action for the long term success of the company.

V. What to look for in 2010
a. 2010 Budget: Broke down the numbers for the 1st qrt

B 2010 Marketing Plan: Ligatt will spend $75,000 in the first qrt on advertising

A few key points:
1. Ms Wilson is no longer with the company from my understanding she was not handling business correctly.

2. Spoofem will go live on the iphone this week

3. There will be an extended press release out on Monday no later than Tuesday

4. There are some big deals in the work with a few other pro teams.

5. You will get your DIV's from Spoofem USA which will be its on company. Spoofem USA will be spun off from Spoofem.com/CYDM because of past debt from CYDM. Spoofem USA will have its own ticker and cusp number.

6. Greg is looking to bring on a president to run the day to day operations of Ligatt so that he can focus on developing new products and services.

7. Ligatt is looking to move into the European market

China once the iphone is launched. (Can you say 1 billion people)

8. Look out for hackerforhire.com/org and the iphone application

9. The current employee are vested in the success of the company just as much as you and I are because they too are shareholders.

10. Please pick up the current issue of XXL magazine and you will find a full page ad for Spoofem


I have sat down with Greg on two different occasion and I truly believe he is doing what is best for the future of the Ligatt. Greg happens to be the largest shareholder in Ligatt and has millions of more reason than we do to ensure that Ligatt is a force to reckon with in the computer security market.
