If that is the case then Tom is going to be issuing more restricted shares for aquistions, my hope is he wants another month to release the share structure because he wants to issued stock when it's at a higher price.

He said a string of PRs is coming in the next two weeks, that has got to be his push to get the price up, otherwise the MM's have won.
