I have no problem helping make this happen. I think we need the blessing (and buy-in) of the moderators. The key point though would be to make sure we have attendance from HESG Reps as they are the ones we are looking to for answers.

As for the call itself, a certain amount of control needs to be placed around the call because you do not want it to overrun with bashers or get out of hand. But you also want to make sure everyone's voice is "heard".

I would suggest the following parameters:

1) All questions should be fair game to ask, but we need to respect an answer of "we will get back to you on that one".
2) We would limit those who are asking the questions to the moderators.
3) All questions must be submitted - either ahead of time or realtime through an interface like I-HUB, facebook, etc.
4) We would need someone to be a "secretary" (so to speak) to capture the questions, the answers and the follow-ups.

I am sure there are other things we would need but I running late and need to get a move on…

Again this is not hard to do, but it needs to be coordinated. If folks want (and I would be looking toward the moderators) I can call the company and get this moving. I would think we have folks with contacts within the company who might be better at spearheading this effort. I merely suggest it, but am also willing to put action behind my words.

For those who feel the company has a company to run - I totally get the idea they are busy and need to move the company forward, but this would go a long way toward “moving their company forward”.

Let me know…
