One is obviously contrary to the other. If there were buybacks they would need to be listed on the quarterlies. If they were not reported, then you know there were none. As for the O/S, if you do increase that and then those shares are put into the float by management, the obvous motive was to sell some shares and make some money. As for where that money was spent, or going to be spent,the next speculative opinion is as good as the 50 before that. There is no transparency concerning QASP except for the poorly prepared and amatuerish press releases that are put out and used to say something without really saying anything. All I can say is use logic, and if anything concerning this company does not appear logical, then that should be your guide.
