I honestly believe the Funding is a done deal.

Dean is obviously maxing out the majority of the A/S possibly as part of the financing deal to give more restricted shares to the parties involved IMO or to its Officers or to Buy Companies in the near future. Who knows but from the email I received earlier it was a indication that everything is on schedule which to me is a done deal.

Most of these shares being issued will be Restricted and probably not available to sell for quite some time as the Financers will not want any big dilution from the big boys for quite some time which means the Float should be very manageable allowing the Stock price to go to much higher levels.

It also wouldnt surprise me if the company was buying back shares at these levels also to stabilize the Stock Price.


We have 2 days left but I feel as if they want to get the most bang for their buck and thats why they want to just max the O/S out so they dont have to worry about any dilution in the near to medium future and can concentrate fully on the Acquisitions being closed and also buying some more companies with the rest of the A/S which now is not much.

The big thing is the Stock price is maintaining the .02 level even with all the other shares being added to the O/S.

This tells me the company is very confident that the News next week will send this into orbit but they want to make sure they have enough shares in the market for themselves so they can also make a bundle on this inevitable run.

We shall see but I feel extremely confident and the 350 million Approval in Funding next week will send shockwaves throughout the whole investment community because it will be a First for a Pinksheet company to receive this outlandish some of money to help lock in the acquisitions and grow the business further.

I really believe in the next year this could hit 1.00 once the whole plan comes together.

Next week is going to be very exciting to say the least.

Not worried one bit here and added more today.
