DTCC Chill is basically not being able to buy the stock from brokers who clear their transactions through DTCC like Ameritrade, Scottrade etc. You can buy through E-Trade, Zecco.

Why the Chill? Basically so that Scotturd and Ameriturd can cover! As simple as that.

Now what happens when we get the money, we will be rich!
