Clawmann, Can those amendments or modifications to his contract and bonus agreement include substantial changes in the ammounts involved as well as time and date changes and be closed and 8K'd the same day? Where would shareholders come into all this or would we at all? Are we just left to accept the results without any vote or recourse other than court action if something unsavvory were to occur? LOS
