GameZnFlix Announces New Subscriber Rates Effective November 1, 2004

FRANKLIN, Ky., Nov. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- GameZnFlix, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: GZFX), an online provider of video games and DVD movies,
today announces that it has adjusted its pricing structure to maintain its
competitive advantage over other online DVD rental companies. With the recent
news of NetFlix and other online rental companies lowering their monthly
subscription prices, GameZnFlix still remains the leader in best overall value
offering video games and DVD movies.
"The company's new pricing structure offers our members plans starting at
$17.25 per month for three titles at a time, $21.95 per month for 4 titles at
a time, 5 titles at $25.95 or 6 titles at $32.95 per month," stated John

subscription program which gives our subscribers 8 titles at a time and a
