Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (Pink Sheets:CGAQ), has been awarded the sole license to conduct real-time online betting by the Casino Commission of the Dominican Republic.

This license will allow Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp to operate real-time betting under the jurisdiction of the Dominican Republic from its tables within the Sosua Bay Grand Casino, and any future location, for any games it operates including; but not limited to, Roulette, Black Jack, and Poker. This is the only license of its kind that has been issued by the Dominican Republic.
