Close the deal before christmas? Back on Nov 18 you stated on Yahoo finance msg board that "3 major positive events will occur".
1. Signing of the $375 Million Deal
2. DTCC Chill lifted
3. Financials will be completed & IPWG will apply to get off the pinks.

You gave the date of Dec 04, 2009. Well Dec 04 has come and gone and none of what you said has happened.

So why should anyone believe you now?
