Reasons to own shares of SYNJ in 2010:

1. The company has applied for $3.5 million government gauranteed loan with a collateral of $1.5 million. In other words when the loan is approved the company would have $5 million to start off their Bi-Diesel plant at Kingstree, SC. IMO, this loan would be granted because the company has met all the requirements of this loan ($1.5 million colateral, intial agreement with Methes, SC Warehouse, Feedstock Supply and Bio-diesel distribution and sales and Plant Manager )

2. Revenue and assets are two major components that lures investors to any company. Upon the approval of loan, prob in less than 5 months this company would be able to generate revenue and will have assets in form of Bio-Diesel plant at Kingstree, SC. That itself would boost the pps.

3. MET SC, Inc and SUN SC, Inc were formed for reason just like SRE SC, Inc. They are in the field of Solar and Wind. I won't be surprised to see they announcing some projects (solar and wind) and mergers associated with them. According to Dragon's findings, we all can see that Mr.Marshall has applied for vendors position for numerous contracts including Military and Navy.

4 The $25 million grant would act as gravy to above mentioned deals. They do have really good chance of getting the grant based on the fact that they applied for the grant with SC State University, Williamsburg County Development Board and Penn Center with involvnment of Mr.Marshall, Mr. Rossi, Dr Mclntyre, Mr. Katzburg and Mr. Sorrentino. Since the $25 million grant funding is spreaded over a period of about 3-5 years where the company works very closely with DOE, that would transform SRE SC, Inc into very efficient Bio-Diesel Company.
