As the ONLY one who could "FIX" the problem, as the CEO with "fiduciary duties to shareholders" I would release the O/S count IMMEDIATELY and certify it in a 8K... and deliver it to TDA and ST and DEMAND they allow opening positions on my company's stock ...OR... "specify" why they won't!!!!! IF the O/S is where it's supposed to be...what's the problem?
