You will not get the truth from Veltex. Why else would they tell the transfer agent to restrict the information?

IF they go the reportability route as promised we will find out. Until then we can only guess.

I recall being told by Veltex that there were 160MM shares outstanding last year only to find out from the transfer agent that the number was more than 187MM. So...now the transfer agent has been given a gag order by the company.

Credibility is once again the major issue.
