I like the idea. I think you still need your core focus, but something high profile could really help. There is a white paper that was published on the Cyclone website where they talk about the need to have partners with deep pockets when it comes to automotive uses for their engine. Doing something like the land speed record could put Cyclone out there where that "partner" might take notice. I'm all for it.
