Very good post and I would only question one point
and that is 7 - why the company might be selling to raise working capital.

Earlier this year the company released a statement to Pink Sheets which included listing a whole raft of companies that had been given almost 200 million shares by way of payment for "consultancy" services and the like. Very few could actually be found to exist and the ones that did had either been set up in the year previous or were vague. I said at the time and still firmly believe that these were shells for the "right" people to have their shares and I still see no reason to believe otherwise.

At the time I suggested other investors might like to check these companies out to see what marvelous services they had brought to Vega in return for such huge rewards. Of course I was seen in the basher column so nobody proberly bothered.

I have a strong feeling that after all the activity and profiteering in recent weeks we may be about to wake up one morning to a "gone away" notice - I really do hope not but....
