I've been in and following since July 08, I didn't see any real pump and dump. I did see a nice spike after news of ban on funding being lifted - the company was not able to capitalize like GERN and BTIM.

I like what ACTC has to offer, I am always ready to buy when I feel a bottom has been hit.

Pump and Dump? I just haven't seen it here, sorry.
