Sony Ericsson preloaded Neoreader begins in February 2010...

???

True?

Looks like it.

See the link:

http://www.phonesreview.co.uk/2009/12/10/sony-ericsson-xperia-x10-release-date-is-february-2010/

Although the website won't come up but you can certainly see what it says.

Remember...

Sony Ericsson will begin shipping phones pre-loaded with NeoMedia’s NeoReader barcode scanning application globally in the 1st half of 2010. The NeoReader will be pre-installed across all Sony Ericsson platforms.

And then last week:

and all Sony Ericsson phones will come with a barcode reader from the first quarter next year.

And finally the date of release will (at least it says that) happen in February 2010. I think they'll release the Xperia-X10 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona hosted by GSMA on February 15 - 18 showcasing the phone. And at the same time introduce a world class universal barcode reader (Neoreader) already pre-loaded for mass production for the world to see and have fun with.

Sony-Ericsson will be at Stand 8A181.
