Just to name two reasons.

-People may be skeptical that the sale will ever happen.
-Impatience.

Gives us a chance to pick up a few more shares on the cheap. When news of the sale comes out, this will immediately go above a penny IMO.

I'm kind of surprised the pps is holding up this well.
