My ONLY motive is the TRUTH. I don't like when I feel like I'm being lied to.

It makes no business sense to me to spend $3 mil on a small stock buyback instead of spending $400k for a clean shell and giving Q's financial status a clean bill of health. THAT'S ALL.

(ok..profit is a motive as well).
