Post S-8 Companies

Thank You much Ruellit this clears up alot for me so when a company issues an S-8 and then an S-8 POS the S-8 + S-8 POS= Total S-8 for that time period. Also I know that once an S-8 is filed it cannot begin until the 3rd trading day, is this the same with an S-8 POS or are there other restrictions involved? Thank You again I hope to find a site soon that gives the total shares outstanding updated nightly so I can better identify when the S-8 has started and is about to be finished. Thank You, Mike
