imo, treaty officers have not been forthcoming regarding the present funding request; something regarding funding must have happened in the past 8 weeks. this silencce is deadly.

the outlook by many on this board means to me that they have invested heavily and are terribly worried about ever getting any of their investment back. the lack of volume for over 40 million shares not restricted pretty much speaks for itself.
