Do we know it isn't cash other than from all of your past experience with this company and CEO (not trying to infer that it isn't true, just wondering if there is some other data point)?

Also, if it is cash, would the profit come through an increased share value or a dividend? i.e. would profit be by selling shares at .003 or whatever the price ended up being?
