YES "Halliburton was the only contractor that could do the work.”

What I have problems fathoming is........we have a multitude of defense contractors who bid competitively on government contracts. Besides making the smartest bombs, they are capable of sending satellites and people to the far reaches of outer space. Yet we have only one company ,Haliburton, that is capable of making sandwiches to feed the troops?
