Hugely important that financing does not dilute us. Dilution is a killer, for sure.
JD and management are doing a great job. The information I have is that they all are working very, very hard. It would just make us all feel better if things, such as financial statements, were timely. I am convinced that the word of management is vitally important. VITALLY, relating to the pps short term.
Can anyone tell me why the CAM is not on? Is it my computer? If it is standing down, would it not be better if we were told that? As it stands, many read something bad into it shutting down. Like nothing being produced.
Some here, including me, have been unfair to JD, IMO. Some are going beyond the pale. Probabily, I don't have correct information in some cases. I really think I would be better off to never look at this board again.
I have been to the plant. Looked everything over. Met JD and most of management. All most impressive. We were totally stisified after the visit. I really should just forgt this board and make another visit in a few weeks.
BUT, it is just human nature, when we go from a couple hundred percent in the black on our investment to sixty, seventy percent down, we get uneasy or actually afraid of losing our investment. We tend to get critical.
I just ask JD to give us all the information he can. All stock transactions, as an example. Bring us up-to-date. Is it still true that he nor any of his group have sold a share? That is the last information I have. If that has changed, should we not be updated? I would appreciate it. In all cases, where he can, keep us totally up with him on what is going on. Orders. Changes in management. Anything. Just keep us loyal, long term shareholder in he loop. We won't need a board because we will know that when there is news or changes, etc., he will tell us.
