Can, this question is just impossible for me to answer because I'm not privy to the details. I can only speculate to a certain degree. Believe me, if I had access to the chain of events and could sit down and map out the release of those events, it would have played out differently. No question. But, it is what it is. And what we have learned should not be minimized or diminished in any capacity. These past PR's are extremely significant and historical for OWVI.

How many (sub-penny) US based companies in these tough economic times are expanding internationally and going into China to acquire multi-million dollar businesses?

How many (sub-penny) US based companies are installing state of the art greentech solar units in Mexico?

How many (sub-penny) US based companies are launching pre-paid debit cards for use in 3rd world countries to help the millions of unbanked citizens?

These events ARE significant. These events ARE historical. The events we are witnessing today is what will take us from these egregious depths into becoming a standout stock that will one day be traded on the NASDAQ.
