Can anyone confirm that this is the Bert Watson Jr. associated with Quasar? He is from Jacksonville and the firm he headquartered is also there. Currently a Chief Investment Officer, formerly a Managing Director at UBS. Impressive if this is the guy. He'd be the one to go get the $$$. Anyone confirm?
