Looking for big gains by playing pennies, well you have to accept theres risk involved that the company may infact be a fraud. Maybe he's taking our money and running who knows. I don't think we'll ever know.
HOwever if you have an issue and you think its over and that there's no point in holding on then either sell, or put the complaint in. I don't really care at this point. I've lost 70% of my "investment" and at this point started making money on some other quick flip pennies.
