So with 15m each, you would think you'd see a more even split. Not this lopsided downward push we see here. I'm tending to think this is manipulated, especially with the mad buying push when it hit .008 today. There were MILLIONS that were purchased within a few minutes, and it barely moved.

Pure speculation on my part, of course, but it tends to make more sense than not.
