Jufel!..I’m not an expert to comment about the listing requirements. They could merge with a clean shell from NASDAQ or from any other higher exchange. Or since the Float is so low. They might have already brought back most of the float at these cheap rates…either directly or indirectly… With the kind of projects they have. Venture capitalist will be lining up to invest with them. Maybe the green consortium itself might be the venture capitalist behind the scene …again who knows. If they could meet with the listing requirements just based on their valuation…there may be provisions to up list directly. Right Now it’s too early for us to make any assumptions…We need to see official PR
