If you have read the PR, La Jolla is going to R/S the commons, so that the current La Jolla shareholders will own 5%-30% (or something like that) of Adamis. After they do the R/S, they will issue 1 share of LJPC stock for each share of Adamis.

IMO, Adamis is the better buy.
Do your own Due Diligence before investing.
