Petro America Corp. (fka PTRZ)

I was talking with my son about this stock...and recapped a few things that have transpired over the last several months, since our purchase. I thought I'd share.

I sure wish you were on line, I wanted your input.let's look at what we know about this stock:

1) it was originally sold as church shares, $100.00 for 100000 shares. A lot of the first investors bought $1000.00 worth equaling 1 million shares.
2) a year and half later they got their certificates, under ASWD and were up and running then the SEC shut them down
3) they claim they were doing a back merger with PTRZ and people would get their shares via new certificates (none yet)
4) in the midst of this turmoil, they opened up the privilege of purchasing shares to the friends of the first share holders. I think they were told, they can't buy more, but could offer shares at a GREAT price of $1000.00 for 100000 shares. A whopping deal, and 10 times higher than the first group purchasing, but it was a great deal and we were lucky to get in on the deal at that price.
5) We see some what of a pyramid developing here
6) We would get our certificates by mid September
7) They said TA was not done, and they are getting information to complete transfer for certs.
8) Sept came and went
9) Next excuse was too many people calling and TA was being held up
10) TA quits and refused to deal with Petro Kansas due to a select few threatening to sue.
11) Owen getting threatened with law suits
12) They offer our money back…(it would be interesting if they really gave it back)
13) People that are associated with Petro are seem to be spammers….they are selling land in Panama
14) They are selling cruises, to panama to see and buy land.
15) They are selling vitamins and health programs,
16) They are selling insurance
17) They are selling medical insurance.
18) They are selling and they were saying in one of the phone conferences they were associating this business with Petro and Petro distanced themselves from this selling spree by saying the SEC didn't approve and they are not part of the other business
19) Strips and coupons are a business,we would keep the stock and either borrow money,
20) or we would use the equity in our stock and receive money per month, because brokers or bankers would be lending and making money on or equity.
21) Rumors are going around about Johnny involved in something to do with another company which people lost money, and no one in the company will give anyone his last name, for that verification.

23) He was going to be interviewed by CNN----NEVER HAPPENED
24) A film is going to be made about Petro, nothing said about it anymore
25) Companies he said he owns, you can't find any information about them.
26) His website says he purchased interest in them with stock, so how does that value out??? 27) They have a new TA and won't tell anyone who that is, now rumor is we won't get our certificates until 2nd quarter of next year, after he said we would maybe get them before Christmas.
30) One more added today, they are offering another WONGERFUL opportunity to purchase more stock. THEY NEED MONEY….

I thought this company had great assets WORTH something, I think the latest offer just shot down the stock value. This is getting stinky.
My past investments were more transparent....this company is not.
