Uh, no. Thats a fact in your mind. I dont pay attention to the Reg Sho list for the very reason that I have seen about every stock in pennyland on there at one time. Also, this is just like any other stock. Its not like any other stock to you because you own it and have a ton of hope for it. The stock will act like every other stock. Denying that there is dilution going on when its a penny stock who's TA is gagged is pointless. I have no clue what the count is. A gagged TA is a recipe for dilution.
