SKBI, They are low vaccine numbers but you have to work with them - it might be that, for instance, the reduction in vaccine revenue is due to oversupply / increased competition in the market? Which is may be why they are trying a new type of vaccine to increase capacity... I'm not saying that's the case! But without more detailed information it's a question mark.

That said the core of the business looks like it's doing ok. If you can wind all the numbers back ... lower margins.. lower revenues and, hell, take out the vaccine completely you can still make a good case for buying the stock.
