As most of you all know I look for companies to invest in with proven management first, patents, products or technology 2nd, that are undervalued & whose pps will soon catch up to the company's true value. ANYT is just such a company. Below is a brief bio summary on some of the management team. IMPRESSIVE

J. Michael Head

President

Head began his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Co. after graduating Cum Laude from the University of Kansas in 1975. In September of 1981, in the wake of the deregulation of the trucking industry, he and one of his clients started a full truckload carrier operation. This company, MNX, Inc., went from start up to $60 million in revenues in four years and under Head’s leadership as President did an IPO (NASDAQ MNXI) in February of 1985. In 1989, MNX formed Mark VII, Inc. This company was start up that took rail intermodal sales agents that had existing business, consolidated their volumes for lower rates, and gave them the trucking company service as an additional service to sell. The company became one of the first (I believe the very first) multi modal logistics companies as a result. In 1992 the company sold the trucking company (revenues of $300 million) to Swift Trucking and made Mark VII, Inc. the public company. By splitting the two companies, the market value of the combined entity immediately increased around 6X. Mark VII was sold to Exel Corporation in 1997 with Revenues of $750 million for a purchase price of around $300 million. Head’s core competency is financial, marketing, and strategic engineering.

In December of 2003, Head became President of myFreightWorld.com, LLC and began to build what he considers to be the next major productivity enhancement in the transportation industry, effective information transfer and transaction auditing tools marketed through the growing 3PL Multi-Modal Logistics network. As a pioneer in this field, Head’s domain knowledge along with superior IT products has positioned him to create another double digit growth company in a segment of the market which has virtually unlimited potential for revenue and margin expansion.

and some fellow members that I will let you do some further DD on below......

Dale Unglesbee*- Controller. Former Controller of Marley Cooling Towers, a public company headquartered in Kansas City and Regional Controller for Time Warner Cable. Dale is an independent consultant right now after turning down a move from Time Warner.

Charles McGuire* VP of Training and Quality Control. Charles was Vice President of Operations for a publicc company (that I don’t remember the name of) that was purchased in a roll up.

Steven Davee* Chief of Staff. Steve is President of Employment Strategies Inc., a consulting firm that provides a number of employment related consulting services.

The bottom three individuals are independent consultants and although they serve as part of the management team are not paid on a full time basis. This is more economical for the company in this environment.

Our sales and marketing effort is directed by Mark Hebden and myself. We are using a “distributor” concept that makes our sales cost variable for the most part and helps us leverage our product. I will be happy to discuss this more with you and I would like to talk to you more about the company.

here's to profits,
