Which are carbon neutral. Let's see, the NY air resources board refused the air permit for Ellicottville because it used so much fossil fuel that it was not carbon neutral. Their NH project is proposed to be so large that it will require fuel to be hauled 100 or more miles to run it. That is not carbon neutral.
