CYRX or Bust, April 2010 will be my 5th year as a shareholder. If you really want to get updated, the best public source is Mr. Stambaugh. I've spoken to him 3 times and met with him once.
Super nice guy, but he's only as good as what the global shipper and the clients tell him.
Mr Berry prediction of 25 million in sales or Mr. Stambaugh prediction of 2009 commercialization,
both failed to materialize, not because of some bold prediction by both men, this is what they were led to believe in my opinion.


The best source, either the global shipper or the many potential customers.
I happen to have a dear friend who worked for one of the big CRO's, now retired.
Yesterday, it was confirmed to me, CYRX problem, they jumped into bed with FedEx to fast.
Most of these large companies have multi year deals with UPS and World Courier.
FedEx needs to be a preferred vendor. So if FedEx is our partner, but the end user doesn't have
FedEx on the preferred vendor list, one, either you have to wait for the contract to expire, or two, lengthy negotiations between Fedex and the end user need to take place.



I think the delay in moving forward, Fedex negotiating deals with the likes of Quest and Quintiles in my opinion. You're turning some big ships around. Perhaps as one source told me, with UPS, you guys would've been well on your way.
